What’s the process?

At Raven’s Nest we understand all the aspects of running a retreat, from marketing to design and facilitation.

We aim to make the entire process as flowing as possible with the following process:

1. Make Contact via 0402 042 459

2. Discussion with Alex about your retreat and its intention

3. Dates & Rates - What’s available and what package can we offer

4. Agreement - A signed document detailing the rental, rules and inclusions

5. Deposit - Your dates are held with a refundable deposit

6. Guide Book - A detailed guidebook is provided so that you can run your event efficiently

7. Check-in - A chat to make sure you’re ready to go

8. 1 Week To go - Total fee paid, your Deposit becomes your Bond

9. Arrival - Flexible arrival time so that you can land and relax in the space

10. Extra night! Where possible we provide an extra night for staff, free of charge.

11. Exit the property ready for cleaning

12. Review your event and suggest any ideas for the future

13. Rebook - We aim to create ongoing relationships and give priority to existing relationships
